Do you take insurance?

At this time, I can bill Delta Dental only. I can also take HSA cards as payment. Any other insurance, including OHP/WellCare, you must pay out of pocket and I will provide an invoice that can be self submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.

What if i have dental treatment needs (cavities, etc)?

I have several collaborating dentists whom I can refer you to for any treatment needs outside of the scope of dental hygiene. If I am on the road doing outreach in rural communities, I will locate the nearest dentist (or one of your choosing) to refer you to for treatment.
